The brief

A site that does three jobs at once.

Highland Farm wears three hats. It is a wholesale grower serving garden centers across New England. It hosts weddings and events in the summer. And every spring it runs a plant sale where customers can preview the available cultivars online before driving out.

The old site handled the third job poorly and the other two not at all. Phone calls were going unreturned because the team could not update inventory in real time, and event inquiries were getting lost in a contact form that nobody monitored.

Our approach

One site, three clear paths.

We built a homepage that asks visitors a single question: "Why are you here today?" Three doors: Buy plants. Host an event. Wholesale orders. Each door leads to a tailored journey with its own copy, photography, and call to action.

Under the hood, we built a custom plant database with filtering by type, sun exposure, and bloom season. The team can update inventory in a CMS as simple as a spreadsheet. Event inquiries go to a separate inbox with a dedicated reply template.

Built simple. Built right.

Hermosa rebuilt our site in twelve days and our phone has been ringing ever since. They're the rare vendor that actually listens — and the only one we've worked with who got our brand right on the first try.
